After watching Memento sterday my brain (whtever lil was there) thinks completely like this.......
on a side note, Wow What a Movie!! and did anyone by mistake also say that he was inspired by this movie to take Ghajini????? except for the tattoos all around Surya and the 15 minutes memory cut off I dont find ANYTHING similar....... if you can get hold of the movie do watch it atleast once.... well u wont mostly understand it the first time, so watch it again :-)
Ofcourse no Kalpana in this to bring repeat audience though :-)) thts the only complaint i have :-(

I dont think memento and ghajini can be compared :) memento is obviously a better one to watch..
yeah ...when i watched mementoo first time (college le irrukum pothu ) , i didnt understand in the first time ..had to watch it again :-)
I have not yet watched 'mementoo' but heard a lot about it. Sure waiting to watch it. Since I have seen the lesser of the two, Ghajini, I guess the concept is gr8. In Ghajini, Surya has acted pretty kool and, as you said, it is true that Kalpana (read as Asin) is a gr8 entertainer.
Psst... Heard that Nayantara is receiving national award for best comedy actress for her rolling (oops! I meant running). ;-)

@ jb -- yup both are definitely different Class of movies.. infact Ghajini was more a Romantic movie

@ Dinesh Babu -- what was more interesting was the scenes justified the reason for having had the screenplay in that way
